Whether you are eloping or having a small wedding doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy the full experince of being pampered on your special day. Makayla and AJ enjoyed a small ceremony in the mountains. I first went to Makayla’s aunt’s house in Salt Lake City. There was snacks and champange for the bride. I styled her hair into this gorgeous double braided style. We had a consultation about how she wanted to look on her wedding day and looked at different inspiration photos she loved. She wanted a glamorous makeup look that would still look natural in photos.
We achieved that look by using a medium coverage foundation from Make Up For Ever. I was able to build up coverage in areas that needed a bit extra without adding so much product. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Taupe defined the brows.
After the hair and makeup was complete, they headed to their mountain location that was previously hand selected by Marisa of Pop I do. This is the best option for a stress free wedding. All you have to do is show up and they will have the minister, photographer, bouquet, pastries, and a toast. You don’t have to do any of the work!
This truly was a fairytale wedding with a sunflower bouquet and walking through river barefoot! Being able to truly celebrate the love between two people, without any stress or worry is a beautiful thing! Please enjoy these photos of their wedding day!
